Celebrating that's my thing!

I turned 24th and if I should feel old, I feel great!

I had the most amazing party at the most amazing club and everything was just perfect! All my friends were there and I couldn't ask for anything more.

Damn you Internet!!!!

Hi guys!
I've been so proud of myself for actually updating quite often and keeping this blog, and now my stupid internet conection is making me look bad. I have sooooo many pictures to post and a lot to talk about, but haven't been getting any signal at home. I'm at the library where I usually hang out right now.


Look of the day: Classic

anyway.... this past days I've been looking for fabrics to make some skirts and blouses for Brazil. Didn't I tell you? Oh yes! I'm going to Porto Alegre, Rio and Sao Paulo in 20 days!!!!! :)

Also, I looked for bathing suit fabrics, I'm dying for a 50's style bikini! something like the picture below. What do you think???  I'll show you the final manufactured item.

yaaay! Happy St. Patricks day to all of you!!! this is definitely one of my favorite times of the year. My birthday is in 8 days and beer+green (my favorite color) are just a great combo.

So before talking about fashion, I leave you with some amazing pics I enjoyed so much taking :)

Anyway....

I told you about my silly afternoons, and my love for shopping and reading about fashion. Jewelery and basically accesories play a huge part of my outfits everyday, and tonight I wanna tell you about one other thing, <<<Makeup>>>

It was a secret obsession of mine since I was a little girl. I'm glad I can be public obsessed about it now :P

My first time in Sephora was alluring, now everytime I go in I have a great experience and found amazing new shades and colors to play with. MAC is definitely my favorite and since they dont have it at Sephora, theres nothing better that to stop at Bloomingdales for those dreamy lipsticks for $14.

And thats the thing with makeup, whether you're a big fan of expensive makeup or of a cheaper variety, you will always find something fascinating on your budget.

Golden Trip

I recently had the opportunity to go to Bogota,

I've been there a bunch of times since I'm Colombian... but for the first time ever, I went to the Gold Museum! Let me tell you, I love jewelery, an for an instance I felt like shopping. It was beyond AMAZING, the museum displays an outstanding selection of pre-Hispanic goldwork collection (the biggest in the world, btw), and you can just ramble around these extraordinary pieces.

Boucheron + Cirque du Soleil

As I promise you, 

here it is the amazing collection by jewelery designer Boucheron inspired by the also amazing company/show Cirque du Soleil. These two so incredible and admired around the world as different among themselves, joined influences, potential and talent to celebrate their anniversaries, and here is the result.

I found it exquisite!!!!!

So, if you're interested on purchasing any of these pieces, they are up for sale on the art market. I have no idea about the prices, but I'm gonna take a wild guess and said is not anything under $100.000 US

Silver Silver Silver

It was all about shiny stuff over the autumn/winter season.

Now you can see fashionistas and bloggers all around the world wearing gold, but I personally like this SILVER nailpolish better! I found my nailpolish jar hidden in the back of the new bright colors and thought about giving it a try today :)

Certanly Jessica Lowdnes a.k.a Adrianna Duncan from 90210, knows how to keep it sophisticated.

Lazy Thuesday

So I've been wanting to keep a blog for a while now, but I just forget about it and never actually have the time to do it. Well, luckily I have a lot of free time these days so I'm gonna give it a try.

My Lazy Thuesday was all about nothing :P

I went over to the cafe at the Library and sat there for hours. I was looking for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo book, but they didn't have it there, so while waiting for their response I grabbed a mocca frapuccino and read some fashion magazines.

The Vogue Spain was all about jewelery and this amazing collection by Boucheron inspired by The Cirque du Soleil. I guess that could be a good entry for some other day, so I'm not gonna get into details.
